Car showroom for UMI, including an auto repair shop, yoga center, commercial space and offices.
The plan included erecting a building meant to serve as an auto repair shop, industry, and commerce, spanning 5,500 square meters.
This project included frame works with steel roof, as well as electric systems, plumbing, air conditioning, as well as exterior development and landscaping. Building facades were cladded with stone, aluminum windows, and sheet metal.
Finishing works included complex acoustic fixtures needed to insulate the yoga center from the auto repair shop located within the same building. Works were tailored to the varied needs of the different tenants – offices, yoga center, auto shop, and the adjacent car showroom.
