Project designation:
Adding a commerce floor and 2 parking levels, and renovating existing floors. The project entailed adding a commerce floor measuring 12,000 square meters, building 2 parking levels totaling 24,000 square meters, frame works, complex construction works, and finishings.
In this project, the company faced a significant challenge: carrying out construction works in a busy and lively commercial district (the Talpiot Industrial Zone) without affecting the daily operations of the commercial center, its visitors and businesses.
