The project was done within the scope of urban renewal in the city of Kfar Saba.
The original building was 4 floors high and consisted of 17 apartments.
The project involved strengthening the structure to withstand earthquakes. In both wings, the layout of the stairwells was changed and elevators were installed, structural infrastructure were replaced and revamped, new landscaping was put in place, and facades were cladded with firm cladding. This was accomplished without any additional investment on the part of current residents.
The project was supplemented with 6 new apartments with 3 or 4 rooms each, as well as two spectacular penthouses.
The project was delivered in January of 2015.
