Project designation:
This project involved adding 2 commerce floors and a parking level with a total area of 29,000 square meters – including 18,000 square meters of parking space and 11,000 square meters of commerce and public spaces.
The project included adding 2 commerce floors, and an additional parking level made of steel frames by vertically splitting existing parking levels. Frame, construction, and finishing works in public spaces, facade finishes, as well as exterior development and landscaping works. This complex project was carried out while ensuring the regular activity of the shopping mall, including all existing commerce and parking spaces.
The project was carried out between 2016 and 2018.
